Searched for Whooper Swans in the grasslands and harvested dent corn fields around Lake Furen.

Initially confirmed over 250 birds, but more and more flew in over time, eventually reaching over 1,249 birds.

They all took flight toward their roost around sunset.

At high tide on Furen Lake, I encountered  Eurasian Oystercatcher and Grey-tailed Tattler.
